This project is a high-end residential complex in Otago. The main house was constructed out of concrete frames in-filled with Hebel.
The feature element was a two-storey living room, which had virtually no visible structure.

The guest wing and garages were built out of conventional masonry and concrete slabs. For waterproofing, the slabs required steps mid-span.

The roofs of both wings were of shallow pitch and slender with large two-way cantilevers. These required careful steel design to prevent visible drooping under service conditions and to provide sufficient strength for snow loading.
