The basement store room to the house suffered leaks in prolonged wet weather.

After an investigation into probable sources of leaks and the refurbishment of a down pipe the solution was to install new retaining walls with suitable water proofing. Other issues such as the support of piles and the ends of beams were fixed as part of the work.

The resulting room is fresh, bright and dry.
