The scaffold was a conventional ten storey tube and clip system erected to allow the installation of windows and the application of surface treatment to the cladding.
The developer wished to open a show apartment on the ground floor and to gain adequate visibility the scaffold had to be removed at this level.

A system of steel frames was designed to support each part of the scaffold.
A methodology was devised to allow the scaffold load to be transferred to the steel. The construction was carried out efficiently and the developer decided to have the same operation carried out to allow shops to be opened early.

The result was a financial advantage to the owner.
