This job required the structural design for a large new house located on a steep sloping site above the Urban Motorway, overlooking Wellington Harbour. It included some extensive retaining walls to achieve this.

The slope stabilisation by the retaining walls was achieved through sprayed concrete and rock anchors.

Strategic cutting away of the site in stages allowed the retaining walls to be constructed and prevented damage to the road above.
